Gluten-Free Fudgy Chocolate Cake
2 c sugar
1 ¾ c Grandpa’s Kitchen Baking Flour Blend
¾ c unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ t baking powder
1 ½ t baking soda
1 t salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
½ c veg oil
2 t vanilla
1 c boiling water
Mix everything except boiling water
together for 2 minutes. Then add the
boiling water and mix. Batter will be
very thin.
Bake cake in a 9x13” pan at 350˚
for 35 minutes
Topping
1 c sugar
6 T milk
6 T butter
½ c chocolate chips
Bring to a boil in sauce pan
stir well before pouring on
hot cake.
