Best banana bread ever! The sour cream makes this bread moist and delicious, you will love it and no one will ever know it is gluten free!

  • ½ c margarine
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Walnuts (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees; grease and flour 2 bread pans. Cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, and salt together and add to mixture. Then add nuts and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Bake at 330 degrees for 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
